सुबह का नाश्ता (Breakfast) मीठा पोहा (sweet poha)  सामग्री : ● मोटा पोहा : १ कटोरी ●   नारियल का चुरा: १ कटोरी ● चीनी:   ½ कटोरी पकाने का समय : १० मिनट तरीका : ● पोहे को एक पतीले में डालें। इसमें नारियल का बुरा और पीसी हुई चीनी मिलाए। ●  इस मिश्रण में है गिलास पानी मिलाए और ५ मिनट बाद परोसे। इस व्यंजन को खाने से फायदे : • शरीर में खून बढ़ता है। • शरीर में ताकत बढ़ती है। अंकुरित भेल (sprouted bhel) सामग्री : ● अंकुरित मूंग / चना: 9 कटोरी ● टमाटर: 9 ● प्याज़:  9 ● हरी मिर्च :  9 ● तेल: २ चम्मच ● कालि मिर्च : १ चम्मच ● नीबू: १ चम्मच ● नमक : स्वाद अनुसार पकाने का समय : १० मिनट तरीका : • तेल को कढ़ाई में गरम करें। • कढ़ाई में कटा हुआ प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च डालें। •अंकुरित मूंग / चना मिलाए। • नमक और कालि मिर्च पाउडर डालकर १०-१५ मिनट तक पकाए। • नींबू डालकर परोसें। इस व्यंजन को खाने से फायदे  : • अंकुरित किये मूंग से हमारे शरीर में खून बढ़ता है, जिस्से हमे कमज़ोरी नहीं लगती। • हड्डियाँ मज़बूत होती है। • आँखों की रौशनी अच्छी होती है। • शरीर में भरपूर ताकत मिलती है अंडे की पूरी (Egg Whole) स
