सामग्री:

● मोटा पोहा : १ कटोरी

 नारियल का चुरा: १ कटोरी

● चीनी:   ½ कटोरी

पकाने का समय :
१० मिनट

तरीका:

● पोहे को एक पतीले में डालें। इसमें नारियल का बुरा और पीसी हुई चीनी मिलाए।

●  इस मिश्रण में है गिलास पानी मिलाए और ५ मिनट बाद परोसे।

इस व्यंजन को खाने से फायदे :

• शरीर में खून बढ़ता है।

• शरीर में ताकत बढ़ती है।

अंकुरित भेल (sprouted bhel)





सामग्री:

● अंकुरित मूंग / चना: 9 कटोरी

● टमाटर: 9

● प्याज़:  9

● हरी मिर्च :  9

● तेल: २ चम्मच

● कालि मिर्च : १ चम्मच

● नीबू: १ चम्मच

● नमक : स्वाद अनुसार

पकाने का समय :

१० मिनट

तरीका:

• तेल को कढ़ाई में गरम करें।

• कढ़ाई में कटा हुआ प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च डालें।

•अंकुरित मूंग / चना मिलाए।

• नमक और कालि मिर्च पाउडर डालकर

१०-१५ मिनट तक पकाए।

• नींबू डालकर परोसें।

• अंकुरित किये मूंग से हमारे शरीर में खून बढ़ता है, जिस्से हमे कमज़ोरी नहीं लगती।

सामग्री:

• गेहूँ का आटा : १/२ कटोरी

• अंडा : १ नग

• केला : १/२ नग

• शक्कर: १ छोटा चम्मच

• घी: १ बड़ा चम्मच

• दूध: १/२ कटोरी

पकाने का समय १०-१५ मिनट

तरीका:

●  आटे को एक कटोरे में लेकर उसमे अंडा डालें।

● अब उस में केले को मसलकर डालें और शक्कर भी मिलाएं।

●  दूध और घी डालकर अच्छे से मिलाए।

●  पानी डाल कर आटा गुंद लें।

● पूरी बेले और तेल में तले।

इस व्यंजन को खाने से फायदे :
